Justice League Run Penang is supported by the Penang State Government, organised by Penang Global Tourism with ActifeStyle as the programming partner. The event is officially licensed by Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Entertainment, with Fly FM and One FM as official radio stations.

RULES & REGULATIONS
Whilst every reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the Participants safety, the Sponsors and The Appointed Officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, howsoever arising.
Completion of the entry form confirms the Participants' agreement to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Justice League Run Penang.
The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race without refund of registration fees.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Justice League Run Penang 2015 for any publicity purpose.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
Race category or race entry is non-transferable. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change race categories after their registrations are confirmed.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
Participants below 18 years of age are required to seek parental/guardian consent before registering.
Participants must wear their allocated bib number at all times during the event day. Runners without the allocated bib number will not be allowed to take part in the race.
Participants, who commence before the actual start time of the race category for which they registered for, will be disqualified. The start time for the respective race categories can be found on the www.dcjlrun.com.my/penang.
Participants who do not start within 15 minutes from respective flag off will be disqualified and for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the race without any prior notification, in which case, the registration fees are non-refundable.
Participants must follow the designated route at all times and are not allowed to divert or take short-cuts. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers are allowed on the course during the race except official race and medical vehicles.
All decisions by the organiser is final, and no disputes shall be entertained.
Upon completion, participants are required to show their race bib in exchange for goodies bag / medals at their respective counters.
Only participants who complete within the stipulated time shall be provided with medals and are required to collect on the event day only.
SAFETY & MEDICAL
Due to traffic conditions, there will be a time limit for all participants.
A sweeper vehicle may be utilised to pick up all remaining runners who the organiser feel may not complete the run within the stipulated time. Should any participant not abide to instructions and refuse to enter the sweeper vehicle, he/she is deemed to be disqualified from the event and their safety will not be the responsibility of the organiser. Their bibs will be taken away, and they will not be qualified for medals and certificates.
Where possible, the organiser shall attempt to have medical teams along the route. However, participants are requested to take care of their own safety before, during and after the event. In the event that participant requires medical assistance, please seek the help of the nearest official.
Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual event day.
Participants are advised against the consumption of alcohol or stimulants or any kind of drugs within 24 hours of their run.
Should any participants feel unwell or experience any pain/discomfort in the course of race, they should stop and seek immediate medical attention at designated medical posts.
Any participant who wishes to withdraw during the event is required to hand in their race bib number to any official along the route.

It includes a dri-fit t-shirt, second piece item, drawstring bag, finishing medal, e-certificate, race manual and after-race replenishing drink.
What is the age limit for child and adult?

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?
You will receive an email notification that confirms your registration.
May I get a refund if I choose to cancel my registration?
After registration, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the event for any reasons whatsoever. Race Entry Packs not collected by participants at given date will not be replaced.

When is the Justice League Run Penang 2015?
Justice League Run Penang 2015 will be held on Sunday 30 August 2015 from 6.00am - 12.00pm.

How many Race Categories are there?
There are two, the 3km route and 8km route.
Will I get race timing?
This is a fun run, there will be no race timing captured.
Is there a baggage deposit at the start point?
Yes, there is a baggage deposit area at the start point. While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organisers, programming partner and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss or damaged or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to travel light.
Are roller-skating and cycling allowed during the race?
No, it is strictly not allowed.
Will there be an official photographer?
Photography and videography will be taken during the event for publicity purposes by the official photographer and videographer. The Organisers reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records for any publicity purpose.
Can I bring along my pets?
Pets are strictly not allowed.
Will I be allowed to bring strollers?
We discourage bringing of strollers for the safety of other participants.
What if I am injured during the race or otherwise unable to finish the race?
We shall attempt to have medical teams along the route. However, participants are requested to take care of their own safety before, during and after the event. In the event that participant is injured and requires medical assistance, please seek the help of the nearest official.
What will I receive after the race?
A participant who has completed the run within cut-off time will get a uniquely designed finishers medal and an e-certificate of participation downloadable from the website.
